Athlete Lab UK is a performance-physiology testing service founded by Dr Paul Rimmer (BSc, MSc, PhD, SENr), who holds degrees spanning sport rehabilitation, sport nutrition and a PhD in biomechanics. Testing runs from three appointment-only central London sites hosted within UNTIL clubs: the Marylebone flagship at 1 Orchard Street (which houses the biomechanics lab, Wattbikes and treadmills), plus Soho on Charing Cross Road and Liverpool Street at Bishops Square. VO2 max and lactate threshold tests can be run on a treadmill, bike or rowing ergometer, with a personal bike setup available at Marylebone.

Core testing is priced individually and in bundles: a single VO2 Max or Lactate Threshold Test is £149.99, the combined Performance Package is £229.99, and Body Composition (ultrasound) and Resting Metabolic Rate tests are £75 each. Larger bundles include the Complete Testing Package at £299.99, the three-hour Ultimate Package at £849.99, and the Ultimate Plus Package at £1,149.99, which adds a blood biomarker panel. Every test package includes actionable guidance, a follow-up meeting and a performance report.

Beyond fitness testing, the service covers a 90-minute Movement Analysis Consultation (£250), nutrition consultations from £299.99 delivered by Luke Hall (BSc, MSc, ANutr, CISSN), and a Blood Lab Essentials panel from £399.99 covering more than 50 biomarkers. Booking is online and by appointment; the trading entity is Athlete Lab UK Ltd (Companies House 15950360).
