Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Mas Longevity(“we”, “us”) collects, why, the legal basis for it, and your rights. We collect as little as we can while running a directory people can trust.

Who is responsible

Mas Longevity operates this site and decides how the personal data described here is handled. For any privacy question or to exercise a right, contact us at privacy@maslongevity.com.

What we collect and why

  • Site usage. With your consent, privacy-focused analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device, referring source, and whether a visit came from an AI assistant), only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Technical and security data. Our hosting provider processes data such as your IP address and request details to serve and secure the site and to limit abuse.
  • Enquiries you send to a clinic. If you use an enquiry form, we collect your name, email, message, phone if you give it, the venue you are contacting, and a record of your consent (its text, the time, and your IP), so the clinic can receive and answer your enquiry.
  • Clinic accounts. If you manage a venue, we process your account email and sign-in details, and the evidence you give to verify you control the venue (such as a registry number, a matching email domain, or a document).
  • Payments. If your clinic subscribes, our payment provider processes the payment. Card details are handled by that provider and are never stored by us; we keep the subscription status and billing identifiers.
  • Directory information. We publish professional information about venues and practitioners, such as names, credentials, and registry references, drawn from venue websites and public registries.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

  • Consent for analytics cookies and for sending your enquiry to a clinic. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Contract for providing clinic accounts and taking subscription payments.
  • Legitimate interest for securing the site, preventing abuse, verifying claims, and maintaining a public directory of professional information.
  • Legal obligation for keeping financial records.

Enquiries are shared with the clinic

When you send an enquiry, its contents are made available to the venue you contacted so it can respond. That clinic then handles your details as its own responsibility. We ask for your explicit consent before an enquiry is sent, and we record it.

Service providers

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under contract: a database and authentication platform (for stored data and clinic accounts), a payments provider, a privacy-focused analytics provider, our hosting platform, and a messaging tool for internal new-enquiry notifications. Some process data outside your country, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Professionals in the directory

We list professional, already-public information in the public interest of a transparent directory. If you are a professional and want your information corrected or removed, contact us at privacy@maslongevity.com and we will review it.

How long we keep it

  • Analytics: a rolling period, then it is aggregated or deleted.
  • Enquiries: kept while we handle them and for a limited period after, then deleted.
  • Accounts: for the life of the account and a short wind-down period.
  • Payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can withdraw analytics consent in the cookie banner. To exercise a right, contact privacy@maslongevity.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
