What published research says about NAD+ drips and supplements
Does NAD+ IV therapy slow aging, and is it safe? Clinics market drips for energy and cellular repair, but rigorous human evidence for longevity claims is still limited.
A 2024 systematic review of 10 RCTs (489 participants) found oral NADH supplementation was generally tolerated, with mostly mild side effects, but studied specific conditions rather than anti-aging or wellness drips. Rigorous human trials of IV NAD+ for longevity or general wellness are scarce: circulating NAD+ can rise after infusion, yet anti-aging benefit in people remains unproven.
