About Mas Longevity

What we are

Mas Longevity is an independent directory of longevity, healthspan and recovery venues. Our goal is simple: help you find and compare real clinics with clear, sourced, honestly graded information, in a category that is full of hype. We are an information service, not a clinic, and we do not provide medical advice.

Who is behind it

Mas Longevity is built and edited by Justin Mota and Karim Yahia. Real, contactable people stand behind the directory and are accountable for it. You can reach us any time at hello@maslongevity.com.

How we compile the data

Venue profiles are compiled from each venue’s own website and other public sources, then normalised into a consistent structure so you can compare like with like. Prices are recorded only when a venue publishes them, and each price links back to the page we found it on. We record when a profile was last checked. Stale or missing beats invented: if we cannot source something, we leave it out rather than guess.

How we grade evidence

Where we describe a treatment, we grade the strength of published evidence for it, honestly and conservatively:

• Established: supported by strong, consistent published research for the stated use.
• Emerging: early or mixed evidence; promising but not settled.
• Experimental: little or no high-quality human evidence for the stated use.

Grades reflect our reading of published research at a point in time, with sources cited, not our clinical opinion. When the evidence is unclear, we grade down. A grade is general information, never an endorsement or a promise that a treatment is safe or effective for you.

Medical review

We are honest about this: our content is not yet reviewed by a medical professional. It is compiled from published research and venues’ own information, with sources cited. We are seeking a qualified medical reviewer, and when one is engaged we will name them here and on the content they review. Until then, treat everything here as general information and confirm anything that matters with the venue and a qualified professional.

Rankings are earned, not bought. Paid placement is always labelled and never changes the order of results or the information we publish. See How we rank.
