Third Space Recovery Spa is the recovery arm of Third Space's Canary Wharf and Wood Wharf health clubs. Its whole-body cryotherapy chamber runs at -90 degrees C, with each session limited to a maximum of 3 minutes and clients asked to arrive 10 minutes beforehand. A single session is £50, a first-visit trial is £25, and a course of 3 sessions is £99. A friend can join for an additional £25 on a duo booking. Cryotherapy is available at Canary Wharf.

Alongside cryotherapy, the spa runs a full-body red light and infrared PBM bed at £50 for a 12-minute session, available at both Canary Wharf and Wood Wharf. Wider recovery and wellness services include sound and vibration therapy, massage, advanced facials, acupuncture, assisted stretch, and aesthetics and IV infusions.

The spa welcomes both members and non-members; non-members must bring photo ID and cannot use the wider club facilities such as the gym, pool, sauna or showers, and no day passes are sold. Appointments are booked online through the Phorest system.
