Sweheat Sauna is an independent, family-run outdoor sauna sitting at the water's edge of Royal Victoria Dock in east London, a three-minute walk from the IFS Cloud Cable Car and about seven minutes from Royal Victoria DLR. Its centrepiece is a wood-fired sauna known as "Dunck", a 12-seat cabin originally built in Germany, paired with an open-air cold plunge that the venue reports running at around 8-10°C. The business was founded by Victoria Maddox, a co-founder of the British Sauna Society, and is run alongside her son Aron Rogers.
The core offering is the Simply Sauna Session, a 90-minute contrast experience of sauna and cold plunge priced at, with newsletter subscribers receiving 15% off their first visit. Private hire for up to six guests is available, and a Sweheat+ membership runs at two tiers: Bronze at per month (2 free sessions, 40% off further sessions, 10% off private hire) and Silver at per month (3 free sessions, 50% off further sessions, 20% off private hire).
