Menopause Care was founded in 2019 by Dr Naomi Potter, a British Menopause Society advanced-accredited specialist and co-author, with Davina McCall, of the book "Menopausing". The clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission and runs its own GPhC-registered pharmacy, Menwell Pharmacy (registration 9012909). All clinicians hold British Menopause Society accreditation. Care is delivered online across the UK and in person at London clinics in Mayfair (64 North Row, W1K 7DA), Barnes (10 White Hart Lane, SW13 0PY) and Wimbledon (2 St Mark's Place, SW19 7ND), alongside regional clinics including Colchester, Sheffield, Wilmslow and Glasgow.

The service focuses on hormone-related care: HRT, testosterone therapy for women, and support for perimenopause, PMS, POI and PCOS. A new patient doctor consultation is £295 for 45 minutes, with 30-minute follow-ups from £225. Nurse-led consultations are lower, at £160 for a new 45-minute appointment and £99 for follow-ups. Testosterone care starts at £199 without bloods, and consultations directly with founder Dr Naomi Potter are priced at £495 for a new appointment.

Beyond one-off consultations, Menopause Care offers monthly subscription plans to spread costs: Care + Medication at £99 per month and Care Only at £79 per month, both including quarterly reviews. Additional services include weight management, nutrition and lifestyle support, CBT and hypnotherapy, and lifestyle coaching bundles. A key worker rate reduces the new patient doctor consultation to £195 online. Prescriptions are issued and dispensed through the in-house pharmacy with home delivery.
