Mayfair Practice is a doctor-led private clinic at 12 Lees Place, between Selfridges and Grosvenor Square, a few minutes from Bond Street and Marble Arch stations. It was founded in 2000 by Dr Jamshed Masani (MBBS, OStJ) and has operated from its Lees Place address since 2012. The clinic's health-screening and functional-medicine work centres on structured assessments. The Full Health Screen (£550, 60 minutes) combines a lifestyle and medical history review with comprehensive blood, urine and stool analysis, ECG, blood pressure and glucose checks and a physical examination. Sex-specific Well Man (£550) and Well Woman (£600) screens add PSA and testosterone or a full female hormone profile. Individual diagnostics can be booked separately, with blood tests from £60, urine, stool and swab testing from £75, allergy and gluten screening from £165 (up to 300 allergens), and ECG or spirometry from £110, each alongside a GP consultation fee.

Private GP consultations run from £220 with Dr Hasham Ahmad (MBBS, MRCGP) and from £330 with Dr Masani, with home or hotel visits in Central London from £550. Dr Hash also offers acupuncture from £60 and NLP and hypnotherapy from £150. The clinic provides vaccines and vitamin injections (Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D at £100 each), minor procedures from £690, and regenerative treatments including PRP, exosomes, polynucleotides and Calecim hair restoration, for which prices are not published online. Facilities include a hearing loop and interpreter and chaperone services on request; the clinic is not wheelchair accessible.
