Cloud Twelve is a wellness and lifestyle club at 2-5 Colville Mews in Notting Hill, London, where IV infusions are offered in a dedicated IV lounge. The infusions are provided in partnership with Alchemy by Effect Doctors: they are designed by a team of doctors, administered by nurses, and, per Cloud Twelve, each drip is prescribed by a doctor after a full medical consultation that reviews medical history, allergies and requirements. During treatment, guests can choose VR goggles or an LED mask.

The menu lists seven IV drips, each running roughly 45 to 60 minutes with 250ml of fluid. Single sessions range from £275 for the Myers Cocktail to £450 for the Limitless NAD IV+, with the Immunity Support, Beauty Tonic and NAD IV Therapy at £300, the Optimum Performance (The Olympian) at £350 and the Energy Boost (Jet Lag Reset) at £345. Courses of three and five are available on every drip, for example a course of five Myers Cocktails at £1,168 or five Limitless NAD IV+ at £1,912.
