111CRYO/HEAT is a cryotherapy and thermotherapy concession on the 4th floor of Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge, part of the 111SKIN group founded by cosmetic surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides (MD) and Eva Alexandridis, who brought the first electrically cooled cryotherapy chamber to the UK in 2016. The chamber is gas-free (nitrogen-free) and is cooled to around -85°C, with each whole body session lasting 3 minutes and a technician present in the room throughout.

Alongside whole body cryotherapy, the site runs an infrared thermotherapy pod combining Near and Far Infrared, optional dry heat up to 90°C, LED light therapy, vibrational massage and aromatherapy over 30-minute sessions. Facials use the 111SKIN range with CryoAir purified air cooled to -30°C for the cryotherapy facials and a Celluma LED system.
