Autologous Stem Cell Banking & Cryopreservation

One-time harvest of a client's own stem cells (typically adipose or bone marrow) that are processed and cryogenically stored for potential future autologous use, sold on the premise that 'younger' banked cells preserve regenerative options for later life.

Evidence

experimental

The premise depends on future therapies that are themselves unproven for longevity; there is no clinical evidence that banking and later reinjecting one's cells extends lifespan or healthspan.

Regulatory notes

European Union
Storage facilities must meet EU tissue/cell (EUTCD) licensing standards; banking is legal but any future longevity reinjection would itself require ATMP authorization.
United States
Cell collection and storage is permitted under tissue-establishment registration, but future therapeutic use of expanded cells would require FDA approval and is not cleared for longevity.
United Arab Emirates
Offered by DHA-licensed facilities as a storage service; downstream anti-aging reinjection remains regulated and unproven.
United Kingdom
Storage requires HTA licensing; therapeutic reuse would fall under MHRA ATMP rules.
