Float Hub is a recovery and biohacking centre on the lower ground floor of 346 Old Street in Shoreditch, roughly a five-minute walk from Old Street station on the Northern Line. It combines three services under one roof: hyperbaric oxygen therapy, full-body red light therapy, and sensory deprivation floating. The HBOT chamber runs at 1.5 ATA (calibrated to 1.5 ATA and capable of up to 1.7 ATA) with around 96% oxygen, and is double-size so it can be used solo or as a duo. Red light sessions use a FloatLightPBM full-body bed with 26,000-plus LEDs across four wavelengths (630nm, 660nm, 830nm and 940nm). Floats take place in six oversize Orbit pods with Epsom salt saturated water, 1-micron filtration and UV sterilisation.
Pricing is transparent and course-based. A single HBOT session is £85 (£135 for two), with prepaid courses running from a 5-session Starter at £225 up to a 40-session Longevity Protocol at £1,440. Red light is £60 per session, with a first-timer 3-session Discovery course at £99 and larger courses down to £30 per session on the 16-session Intensive. Floats start at £65 for a single and £95 for two, and monthly float memberships run from £45 (Flexi-Float, one float a month) to £80 (two floats or a couples float), all month-to-month and cancellable any time.
Guests complete a medical screening before HBOT, and the site lists contraindications including untreated pneumothorax, current cold, flu or sinus congestion, recent ear or eye surgery, pregnancy, and certain medications. Facilities include private rooms, pre and post-session showers (larger showers for couples in rooms 3 and 5), a relaxation suite, and towels, organic wash products, earplugs and hair dryers. The minimum age is 18, and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
