The format alternates heat and cold: a large circular communal sauna with capacity for around 65 people, heated up to 88°C, paired with eight custom Brass Monkey ice baths kept between 1°C and 5°C. A lounge, called Connect, rounds out the space with herbal teas, filtered water and a 300-watt sound system.
Sessions come in three formats. Free-flow sessions run 50 or 70 minutes and are self-paced with sound therapy, aromatherapy and mood-based music. Guided classes are facilitator-led across energising, relaxing and grounding themes, incorporating breathwork, movement, meditation, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. Arc After Dark evening socials run 120 minutes and add DJ sets and immersive soundscapes.
Pricing starts at for a single class, with a 10-class pack at and memberships per month for five sessions. New visitors can start with a three-class intro pack for. The club was founded by Chris Miller, formerly Commercial Director at Soho House Group and founder of White Rabbit Projects, with co-founder Alanna Kit, who holds an M.Sc. in Life Sciences and Exercise Psychology and is a breathwork and meditation facilitator.

Heatwave? You’ll find me physically, mentally and thermally here 🧊

As London heats up to 35°C+, we’re going the other way. With 8 ice baths ranging from 0-8°C, we’ve created the coldest escape in the city 🧊 Cold water immersion rapidly lowers skin temperature, reducing thermal strain and helping the body dissipate heat more efficiently - easing the heavy, sluggi

What an oat-standing night 🍓 ✨ Last week we launched Oatly’s Strawberry matcha at ARC After Dark and it did not disappoint. Sip back and relax - get yourself one at arc this month

Daria didn’t learn contrast therapy. She inherited it. Born in Ukraine, the rhythm of heat and cold was part of her childhood - a cultural ritual, a way of coming home to the body. She carries that with her into every session she facilitates. This is embodiment as a lived experience. Not a trend
