Concept

Exosomes

Tiny vesicles released by cells that carry signalling molecules, marketed as a cell-free regenerative product.

Exosomes are very small membrane-bound vesicles that cells release to carry proteins and genetic material between cells. In clinics they are marketed as a cell-free regenerative product, often derived from stem cell cultures. Regulatory status is restrictive in many places and longevity uses are generally not approved indications.
