Evidence
Hard-shell HBOT is established for specific approved indications (wound healing, decompression sickness, radiation injury), but the longevity/anti-aging claim rests on small trials (e.g. telomere-length and senescent-cell studies) that are preliminary and not yet replicated at scale.
