Evidence

experimental

These peptides reliably raise GH/IGF-1 biochemically, but there is no credible human trial evidence they yield the marketed anti-aging or longevity outcomes, and higher IGF-1 is associated in some data with increased cancer risk.

Regulatory notes

European Union
Not authorised by the EMA/AEMPS for anti-aging use; unlicensed compounded peptides are effectively prohibited outside approved indications in Spain and most EU states.
United States
Not FDA-approved for anti-aging; sermorelin, ipamorelin and CJC-1295 were removed from/left off the compounding-eligible list and are prescription-only at best in a regulatory gray zone.
United Arab Emirates
Unregistered GH-secretagogue peptides are not permitted; only MoHAP-registered products may be prescribed by DHA/DoH-licensed physicians.
United Kingdom
Not MHRA-licensed for human use; also prohibited in sport under WADA rules.
